Key Performance Indicators:
• Book qualified appointments daily
• Increase lead-to-appointment conversion rate
• Improve show-up and reschedule rates
• Maintain accurate CRM lead tracking
• Achieve weekly outreach and call targets

Qualifications:
• Proven appointment setting or sales development experience
• Experience with lead qualification and sales scripts
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to hit targets in outbound calling environments
• Strong communication and persuasion skills

CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Dialer and call tracking tools, Lead lists and data hygiene, Email/sequence tools (Salesloft), Analytics for conversion metrics, Persuasive communication, Active listening, Resilience and persistence, Time management, Coaching mindset and accountability

Required Qualifications

- Strong time management and accountability in a target-driven environment
- Coaching mindset to continuously improve processes and outreach
