We are currently searching for a Lead Analyst:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)

- Lead one or more projects and workstreams.

- Structure and manage the team's work from end-to-end.

- Provide guidance and direction to consulting teams.

- Balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management in a hands-on capacity.

- Take ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables.

- Conceptualize business problems and drive problem-solving initiatives.

- Generate insights and develop high-quality deliverables and presentations.

Your Profile (Requirements)

- Up to 10 years of overall experience.

- Leadership experience, ideally at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

- Experience with consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles.

- Experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations.

- Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations.

- Strong communication skills and a strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills.

High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

Strategic DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between strategic business consulting and purely operational, administrative, or technical implementation tasks.

Desired

- Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Preferred background: Consulting / Strategy / Business Transformation.

- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages
