We are looking for experienced Kernel Developers to join the KernelCare Team. This role is ideal for engineers with strong C programming skills, deep knowledge of Linux and Linux kernel development, and an interest in cybersecurity.

As a Kernel Developer, you will work on developing and maintaining Linux kernel patches, with a strong focus on addressing security vulnerabilities and ensuring the stability and reliability of customer systems. You will tackle complex, low-level engineering challenges and contribute directly to solutions that help organizations keep their Linux infrastructure secure without unnecessary downtime.

As a Kernel Developer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring Linux kernels are updated in a timely manner with security fixes and patches addressing known CVEs
- Maintaining and supporting existing kernel functionality while contributing to the development and implementation of new features
- Contributing to automation efforts when needed by developing Python and Bash scripts, for example, to support CVE patch testing. The primary responsibility for automation remains with a dedicated team
