KDP Paperback + Kindle Formatter Needed

We need an experienced formatter to prepare a nonfiction book for Amazon KDP paperback and Kindle.

Scope:

* Format paperback interior at 6 x 9

* Clean headings, chapter starts, margins, spacing, bullets, page numbers, widows/orphans

* Keep figures and captions together

* Update Table of Contents and List of Figures

* Deliver final KDP-ready PDF + editable DOCX

* Create separate reflowable Kindle EPUB

* Make sure ebook TOC, images, captions, and chapter navigation work correctly

* Fix any formatting issues flagged by KDP Previewer
