About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit long-form podcast content, including multi-camera editing and audio cleanup (essential).

2. Create motion graphic hooks and opening sequences for short-form videos (essential).

3. Create reels and YouTube shorts from podcast episodes.

4. Design YouTube thumbnails.

5. Create social media creatives, including carousels and educational posts.

6. Design webinar posters and presentation decks.

7. Design print-ready workbook pages.

8. Use AI-assisted editing and production workflows.

9. Source stock footage and conduct content research

Skills required:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, DaVinci Resolve and Motion Graphics

Other Requirements:
- 1. 0–2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or graphic design.
- 2. Portfolio or showreel demonstrating long-form and short-form editing.
- 3. Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- 4. Familiarity with AI tools such as Descript, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, and ChatGPT/Claude.
- 5. Willingness to travel to Bangalore for company events, as required, approximately once a year.
