JR-197771 MS Dynamics Developer Senior
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, build, and extend scalable customer engagement solutions on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
Location: Bangalore, India - Remote
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions on Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform extensibility tools.
- Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and implementations.
- Develop and customize Dynamics Sales and related Power Platform components (model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate flows).
- Build and support integrations, data migration scripts, security models, and automation using Azure services and APIs.
- Write and maintain Power FX, JavaScript, C#/.NET, and Dataverse plugin code.
- Participate in technical design workshops, produce technical documentation, and support testing and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and project managers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales customization and extensibility.
- Hands-on experience developing on Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Power FX.
- Solid understanding of integration approaches, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), and data migration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Data Migration Utility).
- Experience with security role configuration, solution management (managed/unmanaged solutions, ALM), and Power Platform DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Experience working across the full development lifecycle, from technical design through deployment and support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for direct communication with international customers.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-600) and experience with enterprise-scale or multi-country implementations are considered an advantage.
