General Description
We are seeking a PPC Specialist who willbe responsible forplanning, executing,optimizing, andanalyzingpaid search and paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising channels. The ideal candidate will focus on driving high-quality traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions whilemaximizingROI and supporting the overall growth of the company’s marketing initiatives.
The PPC Specialist will collaborate closely with the performance marketing team, content creators, analytics specialists, and other digital marketing functions to ensure all paid media strategies are fully aligned with the company’s businessobjectivesand brand direction. A strong understandingofSEO principlesis essential, as PPC and SEO efforts often work hand in hand to enhance online visibility,improve performance, and achieve sustainable marketing success.
Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
• Define campaign goals, KPIs, targeting, budget allocations, and bidding strategies
• Perform thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and bidding landscape assessment
• Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates (Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.), and industry best practices

Campaign Setup & Execution
• Build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across search, display, shopping, retargeting, and other paid channels
• Structure campaigns, ad groups, ads, extensions, and audiences foroptimalperformance
• Write compelling ad copy, experiment with ad variants, and implement relevant extensions

Optimization & Monitoring
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, conversions)
• Perform ongoing tests (A/B tests in ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies) and iterate based on data
• Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize efficiency and scale success
• Pause or reallocate underperforming assets, scale winning ones

Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Collaborate with content, design, and web dev teams tooptimizelanding pages for conversion
• Provide recommendations for layout, messaging, forms, and user flows
• Track and analyze user behavior (via heatmaps, analytics) to support improvements

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
• Implement andmaintainproper tracking (UTM, conversion tracking, pixels, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Analyze campaign vs. business-level data to derive insights (attribution, funnel drop-offs, ROI)
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Present findings and optimizationplansto stakeholders

Budget & Forecasting
• Manage media budgets, ensure spend pacing and adherence to budgets
• Forecast traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI based on historical performance and market trends
•Identifynew opportunities to scale performance while staying within budget constraints

Collaboration & Cross-functional Work
• Share learnings that can beleveragedacross channels
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives when needed

Continuous Learning & Innovation
• Test new platforms, ad formats, features, and audience types
• Attend trainings, webinars, and stay updated with platform changes
• Recommend new tools or tech to improve PPC workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC / paid media campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (search, display, remarketing)
- Experience using Google Analytics, tag managers, conversion tracking
- Proficiencywith Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, detect trends, and make data-driven decisions
