Java Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular . The ideal candidate will lead a development team, provide technical direction, and contribute hands-on to the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular .
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers.
- Develop and review backend services, REST APIs, and Angular applications.
- Drive Angular frontend development using TypeScript, RxJS, reusable components, and modern UI development practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Support CI/CD, application deployments, and cloud/container environments.
- Ensure applications meet requirements for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability .
- Participate in sprint planning, technical estimation, and delivery tracking.
