Salary Ranges:
7 000 - 12 000 PLN net B2B + success fee

You, as a future IT Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for:

Source candidates for a variety of IT roles, using a broad range of search methods,

-
Conducting a recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions,

-
Engage active/passive candidates through channels such as social media, professional networks, university career offices, etc.,

-
Help to develop talent pipelines and grow internal databases,

-
Being involved in various Culture and People projects related to ongoing growth and transformation,

- Work closely with the Leadership Team.

Requirements

You can be the perfect match for us if you:

Have experience in IT recruitment and the ability to match candidates with projects,

-
Are an expert in all aspects of sourcing,

-
Have outstanding communication skills and a strong drive to deliver results,

Are a person with a proactive approach and can work effectively under time pressure,

-
are a team player who can also plan and deliver independently,

-
Speak English very well, because it is the main language used in SolveQ .
