Role Title: Investor Relations Consultant (Large Asset Manager) Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote, US-based micro1 is engaging Investor Relations Consultants (Large Asset Manager) to support a customer project focused on enhancing the quality, clarity, and compliance of IR deliverables. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required β€” your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work - Design project tasks that authentically reflect key IR workflows, including quarterly reporting cycles, LP updates, capital raising communications, and roadshow presentations. - Craft gold-standard response materials for IR outputs such as LP letters, fund updates, quarterly reports, and investor decks, mirroring the polish and precision of a senior IR expert. - Assess and annotate model-generated content for numerical accuracy, compliance alignment, consistent narrative, and appropriateness of tone across reporting cycles. - Author detailed rubrics that distinguish between IR-grade, LP-ready materials and preliminary drafts, ensuring fidelity to industry standards. - Identify and flag communication failure modes, such as tonal inconsistencies, compliance risks, and narrative drift across reporting periods. - Collaborate asynchronously to offer constructive feedback and continuous improvement to AI model outputs in the investor relations domain. Preferred Qualifications - Minimum 4 years’ experience in investor relations with a large asset manager (e.g., traditional, private equity, hedge fund, or comparable environment). - Demonstrated end-to-end responsibility for IR content such as LP letters, fund updates, quarterly reports, or roadshow materials. - In-depth understanding of compliance, regulated-communication requirements, and stakeholder communications within asset management. - Exceptional written English skills with mastery of the investor relations register and tone. - Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data with precision and clarity. - Advanced degree preferred, with MBA, MSc Finance, or similar credentials especially valued. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to deliver polished work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous setting.
