rockITdata is seeking an experienced Integrated Technologies Owner (ITO) to lead and manage device integration within a large-scale Oracle Health EHR implementation. The ITO will work closely with subject matter experts, client teams, and vendors to guide the technical strategy, execution, and provide oversight of integration activities.β€―This role is designed for an individual with strong device integration acumen who also possesses a strategic mindset and capability to evolve into a broader program management role, overseeing data processes and driving program optimizations as the project matures.β€―
Key Responsibilities

Technical Integration Leadership:

- Serve as the primary technical owner for all integrated technologies within the Oracle Health EHR ecosystem, including end-user devices (EUDs), peripherals, and iBus-integrated medical devices.

Develop and maintain the technical integration strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall program goals and client requirements.

- Oversee the technical aspects of device connectivity, configuration, and deployment, working in conjunction with various project teams.

Coordination & Oversight:

- Act as the single-threaded leader for device integration components, ensuring streamlined processes.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including program leadership, client and vendor teams, to support clinical integration and resolve technical challenges.

- Facilitate technical discussions for complex integration topics throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee and coordinate validation activities for all integrated devices within the Oracle Health EHR system.

Coordinate execution of pre-go live validation and cutover steps.

Program Optimization:

- Analyze existing data processes/tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or optimization.

Identify opportunities for process improvement within integrated project areas.

- Contribute to the strategic planning for the long-term management and enhancement of device integration and deployment activities, to support overall program efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in End Point and Medical Device integration, particularly within large health systems.

- Deep understanding of Oracle EHR system and its integration with various hardware and software components.

- Proven expertise in medical device integration (BMDI/LMDI) and end-user device integration (EPI), including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

- Strong leadership skills to guide technical teams and influence stakeholders across different organizations.

- Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identify and implement process and program optimizations.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex technical requirements and solutions clearly to diverse internal and external stakeholders.

- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with technical resources, vendor teams, and client leadership.

- Experience in developing and implementing technical deployment plans and tracking mechanisms.

- Ability to analyze complex data processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to project success.

- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification

- Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.

- Experience with data governance, data flow analysis, or business process re-engineering.
