This is a fully remote opportunity for a highly organized professional supporting prospective clients and case operations.
Youโll conduct intake interviews, gather critical information, and help ensure cases move forward efficiently.
The role combines client communication, documentation management, medical records coordination, and case support.
Youโll work independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness.
During quieter periods, youโll contribute to additional case management activities and documentation review.
Your work will directly support smooth operations and a positive client experience.

Accountabilities

Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients and collect complete, accurate, and relevant case information.

Support the progression of cases by maintaining organized and up-to-date records and documentation.

Receive, review, organize, and maintain client documents according to established processes and quality standards.

Request medical records and proactively track outstanding requests, following up as needed to ensure timely receipt.

Assist with case management activities during non-peak periods to help maintain operational efficiency.

Provide professional and empathetic customer service throughout client interactions.

Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling sensitive case information.

Work independently and reliably while ensuring assigned tasks are completed within expected timelines.
Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, intake, case management, administrative support, sales, or a related field.

Strong English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional and confident phone etiquette.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Sales experience is preferred.
