Position: Auto/Home Insurance Telemarketer

Location: Remote

Shift: 8:45AM to 6PM (1 Hour Break) Central Time USA

Primary Responsibility:

Contact warm leads and qualify them in order to transfer warm live transfers through to a licensed agent.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in outbound sales.

Prior Telemarketing for Auto or Home insurance is a MUST

Excellent communication skills.

Persuasive and comfortable with rejection.

Demonstrated ability to achieve a high conversion rate.

Fluent Spoken & Written English with minimal accent

Additional Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads.

Follow up with potential customers via phone and email .

Meet or exceed sales quotas.

COMPENSATION

Base: $320 per month (paid weekly)

Commission: $3-$8 per call transfer (paid weekly)

Total Compensation: $600-$1,920
