The Insurance Product Compliance team is looking for a fully remote Insurance Product Compliance Professional. Reporting to the Associate Director you will research, analyze, assess risk and consult rules, regulations and sub-regulatory guidance that apply to Medicare Insurance Products, specifically Dual Eligibles. You will work assignments that are varied and will aid and support the team.
As an Insurance Product Compliance Professional 2 you will:

Partner with internal stakeholders and assist with upcoming deliverables; product-specific documents, contracts, licenses, member communications or marketing materials, all while safeguarding Humana 's brand.

Support maintenance of compliant insurance products in collaboration with responsible business owners.

Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas.

Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.

Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Use your skills to make an impact
Required:
-
3+ years' experience working with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid plans
-
1+ years' experience summarizing complex information and tailor communication based on audience (i.e., contracts, federal and state regulations)

Ability to work independently while maintaining focus and managing deliverables to meet critical internal and external deadlines

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Preferred:
- Compliance experience
- Experience working with State Agencies

Understanding of State and Federal Regulations

Experience specific to Dual Eligible members and healthcare plans for MA DSNP product offerings

Extended hours may be required based on business needs during the departmental peak season, typically May through July.

If selected to move forward in the interview process, you will participate in a case study to assess critical thinking, regulatory reasoning, risk judgement, and structed recommendations in the context of Medicare Advantage DSNP Products.

40 Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$59,300 - $80,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
