Inside Sales Agent - Real Estate

We are hiring one Inside Sales Associate to turn leads into booked, qualified appointments for the #1 real estate team in Nevada. This is a phone-first conversion seat with a number attached to it.

This is not an administrative role, not a stepping stone to a listing agent seat, and not an entry-level job. We are looking for a closer who already knows how to run a dial session, handle a stall, and set an appointment that actually shows up.

You will work a database that never stops producing, set appointments for a roster of top-producing agents, and get paid on performance you control. If you have carried a conversion number before and beaten it, keep reading.

What You'll Actually Do

1. Run high-volume dial sessions. 100–150 outbound dials per day across new inbound leads, aged database, and reactivation campaigns. Power dialer provided.

2. Speed to lead. Attack new inbound leads within 60 seconds. Every minute of delay costs conversion and you will treat it that way.

3. Qualify hard. Motivation, timeline, price range, financing status, and whether they are already under contract with another agent. A bad appointment costs more than no appointment.

4. Set and confirm appointments. Book directly onto the right agent's calendar, send the confirmation, and run the pre-appointment touch so it holds.

5. Own long-term follow-up. Build and work structured nurture cadences for leads that are 3, 6, and 12 months out. The database is an asset and you are its steward.

6. Keep the CRM pristine. Every call logged, every outcome tagged, every lead on a next action. If it is not in FollowUp Boss, it did not happen.

7. Close the loop with agents. Hand off clean notes, track whether your appointments converted, and adjust your qualification based on what actually closes.

8. Contribute to the playbook. Test scripts and objection handlers, report what is working, and help raise the conversion rate across the team.
