Position: Marketing Expert — Creator & Influencer (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities

- Design task briefs based on real-world creator programs, focusing on planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.

- Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.

- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.

- Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.

- Evaluate AI-generated content in Marketing to improve model outputs and decision-making processes.

- Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in simulated environments.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Hands-on practitioner experience running creator or influencer programs.

- Comfortable with creator platforms and disclosure rules.

- Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred

- Prior experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies.

- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
