Inbound Sales Consultant for a USA Client

We're looking for a consultative Inbound Sales Consultant to own discovery and proposal calls for inbound and referral leads. You'll work with a documented framework, focus on maximizing show rates, and manage the full post-call follow-up in HubSpot. No cold prospecting – just warm, qualified leads. You'll also collaborate on deal scoping, pricing, and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality.
Key Responsibilities

- Run discovery and proposal calls using proven scripts and frameworks.

- Maintain a 15-min response time and 75%+ show rate.

- Manage end-to-end follow-up and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.

- Drive account expansion through seasonal upgrade packages.

- Partner with leadership on pricing and scoping decisions.

- Give marketing actionable feedback on lead quality and fit.

Requirements

- 2–5+ years closing B2B deals (agency services or ecom SaaS preferred).

- Strong consultative selling skills (SPIN/Sandler familiarity).

- Excellent verbal English – clear and confident with UK/US/AU clients.

- HubSpot CRM discipline – meticulous logging and task management.

- Timezone overlap with UK/US/AU (South African or similar preferred).

- Klaviyo / retention marketing economics knowledge is a plus, not required.
