We are looking for a results-driven and strategic IB Sales Manager fluent in Mandarin and English to join our international team. What you will do

- Build and manage relationships with introducing brokers (IBs) and key partners to drive revenue growth.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire high-quality clients.

- Monitor IB performance, provide guidance, and implement initiatives to improve results.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and risk, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client onboarding.

- Prepare reports and performance analytics to support decision-making and optimize business development efforts.

- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic growth.

Who you are

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

- Proven experience in sales management, business development, or relationship management in financial services or a related industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote or office-based environment.
