Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

3. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

4. Support performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.

5. Assist with benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries related to benefits.

6. Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.

7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
