Position Summary
ITC Worldwide is seeking an experienced HubSpot Techno-Functional for a primary Architect/Developer role to lead the design, configuration, integration, automation, and optimization of HubSpot solutions for internal operations and client engagements. This role combines business process consulting with technical development expertise to deliver scalable CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, customer success, and reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate understands both business requirements and technical implementation, serving as a trusted advisor who can translate operational needs into effective HubSpot configurations, workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze sales, marketing, service, and customer success processes.
- Lead HubSpot solution design workshops.
- Configure Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and CMS Hub.
- Design lead lifecycle management, scoring models, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
- Define CRM architecture, object relationships, pipelines, and governance standards.
- Provide best-practice recommendations for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Technical Development
- Develop and maintain custom HubSpot solutions using:
- HubSpot APIs
- Custom Objects
- Webhooks
- Private Apps
- Serverless Functions
- Custom Workflow Actions
- Build and support bidirectional integrations between HubSpot and:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Power Platform
- Azure Services
- Salesforce
- ERP systems
- Third-party marketing platforms
- Develop automation workflows and business process orchestration.
- Create custom reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot API, integration, workflow, and data synchronization issues.
Data & Analytics
- Design CRM data models and governance frameworks.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, transformation, and deduplication activities.
- Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Monitor data quality and platform health.
- Develop attribution and campaign performance reporting.
Client Delivery
- Participate in discovery workshops and solution demonstrations.
- Create design documentation and technical specifications.
- Lead solution implementation projects.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and optimization services.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing Technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 3+ years of HubSpot implementation experience.
- 3+ years of CRM solution design and administration.
- Experience implementing HubSpot across multiple business units and teams.
- Experience integrating HubSpot with enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
