About the Role

The HR Specialist will manage the full HR lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination and exit formalities—ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations for the ANNAM.AI program. Proficiency in Zoho HR tools is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job ads and manage applications using Zoho Recruit

Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining formalities

Maintain onboarding records and checklists

Employee Data & Records

Maintain and update employee details in Zoho People

Ensure timely updates for new joiners, exits, and changes

Manage digital files and personnel documentation

Attendance & Leave Management

-
Track attendance, leaves, and holidays via Zoho

Handle leave approvals and shift schedules

-
Resolve discrepancies and maintain monthly records

Payroll Coordination

-
Collate payroll inputs and support processing

Coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursements

Exit Formalities

Conduct exit processes and final settlements

Revoke access and update records in Zoho

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit
