The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Presentation Designer will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. This role owns the design, organization, and ongoing evolution of presentation materials across the creative team. You will produce a wide range of deck formats, including RFP responses, client lookbooks, PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, capabilities decks, one-pagers, and business review materials.
Beyond presentation production, you will serve as the creative team's Figma liaison and help build and maintain a well-structured presentation library so designers can efficiently access and reuse the right assets. This is a highly collaborative and stakeholder-facing role requiring regular interaction with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership teams.

Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
-
Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, pacing, and brand consistency.
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured presentation libraries and design assets.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Presentation Design and Production
-
Design and produce all deck formats supporting the creative team, including RFP responses, client lookbooks, PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, capabilities decks, one-pagers, and business review materials (QBR/CBR).
-
Translate briefs, content outlines, and raw copy from stakeholders into clear, persuasive visual narratives with strong hierarchy and pacing.
-
Adapt and customize existing decks for new clients, audiences, and use cases while holding brand standards consistent.
-
Prepare and hand off final files across formats, including PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, and PDF, ensuring they perform correctly in the environment where they will be presented.
-
Manage multiple concurrent deck requests with competing deadlines, prioritizing in partnership with the Assistant Creative Manager.
Figma Ownership and Deck Library Management
-
Build, organize, and maintain the creative team's presentation library in Figma, including file structure, page organization, naming conventions, and version control.
-
Serve as the creative team's Figma liaison, fielding questions, sharing best practices, and supporting other designers working inside shared presentation files.
-
Create and maintain reusable components, master layouts, and modular slide systems so the team can assemble quality decks quickly.
-
Audit the deck library on a regular cadence to retire outdated material, consolidate duplicates, and keep source files clean and findable.
-
Coordinate with the Assistant Creative Manager and Creative Design Manager to keep presentation assets connected to the broader brand system and DAM (Air).
Presentation Evolution and Expansion
-
Continuously evolve the visual language, structure, and storytelling approach of ePromos' presentations rather than repeating existing templates.
-
Identify gaps in the current deck offering and propose new formats, templates, and modular sections that expand what the creative team can deliver.
-
Research presentation trends, competitor materials, and industry pitch standards to keep ePromos differentiated in RFP and pitch situations.
-
Bring recommendations and concepts to the Assistant Creative Manager, then pilot approved approaches on live projects and refine based on results.
-
Document and roll out new presentation standards so improvements are consistently adopted across the team rather than remaining in a single file.
