The team today comprises the CEO (an employment law solicitor), two developers, one tech support, one content, one client success, a marketing manager and a senior business admin.

About the role

- We are looking for a marketing leader to grow us to a household name in the UK and beyond.
- Reporting directly to the Founder of Grapple, you will own the marketing strategy, budget and the data.
- You will hire and manage your own channel specialists as the function grows.
- This job will feel like a creative and structural build.
- What we care most about is that the user number increases, and that our users are pleased with our services.
- How you get there, which channels you use, how you shape your team, is yours to design.

Who we are looking for

- Proven B2C growth marketing leadership where you have taken a consumer product through a step change in users at a startup or scale-up.
- Highly data literate and able to let data tell a story about where we head to next.
- Management experience & having built at least part of a team from scratch.
- Regulated or sensitive-sector experience is a plus (legal, finance, insurance, health): our users are often stressed and vulnerable, and their stories need handling with care.
- Alignment with our mission: social justice for individuals.
