Head of Development – AI Agent Platform
Strategy & Transformation Consulting (s&t) | Head of Development – AI Agent Platform | REMOTE (Germany) | Full-time | German C1+ required
We are a German strategy & transformation consultancy building our own product: a platform to design, orchestrate, run and govern AI agents for enterprise processes – built entirely on Microsoft Azure in C#/.NET (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel/Agent Framework, MCP, knowledge graphs, RAG, vector DBs). We are looking for the person who owns the engineering end-to-end: architecture, hands-on coding, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, IaC), multi-tenancy, security, cost control, and leading a small senior team. Must have: AI agents that are in production today (tell us which and where), strong C#/.NET, deep Azure, 5+ years of professional software development, fluent German and English.
