■What You'll Do

As a member of the team, you'll help create a smooth, exciting, and memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include: welcoming and checking in guests, escorting guests to their seats, supporting general operations, helping facilitate guest participation activities, answering guest questions in English and Japanese, assisting with venue setup and cleanup, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service from beginning to end.

¥1,500 per hour
Transportation expenses fully covered

■Requirements

Conversational to Business-Level English
Conversational to Fluent Japanese
Friendly and positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Enjoy working with people
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is welcome but not required.
