Growth Operator - Paid Media & Funnel Optimization

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Growth Operator to take full ownership of paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels.

This role goes beyond traditional media buying. The ideal candidate will independently identify growth opportunities, execute creative experiments, optimize conversion rates, and take accountability for measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across lead generation accounts.
- Develop and execute continuous creative testing and A/B testing strategies.
- Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
- Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, surveys, and qualification funnels.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Generate new testing hypotheses and identify winning creatives and strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, testing roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively communicate challenges and take ownership of campaign performance.

- Proven hands-on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation .
- Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong experience with creative testing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) .
- Hands-on experience improving landing pages, forms, and lead generation funnels.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and downstream sales metrics.
- Ability to independently develop, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to take ownership of results, challenge assumptions, and propose solutions.
- Advance English Level (C1, C2)

- Compensation: $1,200–$1,600 USD/month , depending on experience.

- 100% remote position.
