Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
As Mile6 ’s Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead performance-focused marketing programs that turn attention into qualified leads, retained audiences, and measurable growth.
Paid search will be your strongest discipline. You’ll own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads and Social Media Advertising. You’ll also bring strong SEO and content marketing capabilities, helping Mile6 and our clients build sustainable organic visibility alongside paid acquisition.
This is a hands-on role for a curious generalist who enjoys connecting campaigns, search intent, content, landing pages, analytics, and user behavior. You’ll continually test new ways to improve results, from ad copy and keyword strategies to landing-page headlines, calls to action, and conversion paths.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid search strategies that generate qualified leads and support measurable business growth.
- Own paid search campaigns from planning through reporting, including account structure, keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage advertising budgets responsibly, monitor pacing, and make data-informed decisions to improve return on ad spend and cost per qualified lead.
- Build clear performance reports that connect campaign activity to leads, pipeline, revenue, and client goals.
- Diagnose campaign performance issues and identify opportunities across targeting, messaging, landing pages, offers, and conversion paths.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, technical, and content-gap research to guide SEO priorities.
- Partner with writers, designers, developers, and subject matter experts to plan and produce useful, search-informed content.
- Write, edit, and optimize marketing content, including landing pages, articles, campaign messaging, headlines, calls to action, and lead-generation assets.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar aligned with audience needs, search opportunities, campaigns, and business priorities.
- Develop a growing conversion-rate optimization practice across Mile6 and client engagements.
- Plan and run A/B tests for landing-page copy, headlines, calls to action, forms, offers, page structures, and other conversion elements.
- Form clear testing hypotheses, define success metrics, document results, and turn findings into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create and improve high-performing landing pages and digital conversion experiences.
- Ensure analytics, advertising pixels, conversion events, and campaign tracking are implemented accurately.
