This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Campaign Manager, Lifecycle based in United States.

This role translates lifecycle marketing strategy into coordinated, measurable member acquisition and engagement campaigns.
You will build, launch, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.
The position combines hands-on campaign execution with project management and selected cross-channel Growth initiatives.
You will work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Content, Design, Product, and other Growth teams.
A strong focus on campaign analytics will help you identify optimization opportunities across conversion and engagement funnels.
You will also introduce AI-assisted workflows that improve campaign planning, execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
This is a remote, individual-contributor opportunity in a data-driven environment where experimentation and measurable impact are highly valued.

Accountabilities
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain multi-channel member acquisition and engagement campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail using customer engagement platforms.

- Create standard and moderately complex campaigns and automated journeys using established templates and governance frameworks.

- Manage audience segmentation, trigger logic, eligibility rules, personalization, dynamic content, and A/B testing.

- Monitor daily campaign health and analyze engagement, conversion, activation, incremental lift, and campaign efficiency metrics.

- Identify actionable opportunities to improve campaign performance, segmentation, personalization, automation, and conversion outcomes.

- Own campaign orchestration from initial intake through retrospective, including campaign briefs, workback plans, asset coordination, approvals, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

- Build and maintain repeatable AI-assisted project management workflows to keep campaigns on schedule and reduce cross-functional bottlenecks.

- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and technical marketing stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into effective operational execution.

- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Data, Content, Design, Product, and Growth teams throughout campaign planning and delivery.

- Support selected cross-channel Growth initiatives, which may include webinars, landing-page experiments, SEO/SEM campaigns, and other growth programs.

- Contribute to campaign reporting and retrospectives, using performance data to inform future testing and optimization.

- Develop a strong understanding of audience segments, campaign calendars, success metrics, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B2C environment.

- Proven experience building, segmenting, testing, and executing campaigns using enterprise customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Strong understanding of customer-data concepts including events, attributes, segments, eligibility rules, and behavioral triggers.

- Ability to communicate technical campaign requirements clearly and effectively with Marketing Operations and Data teams.

- Demonstrated experience project managing complex, multi-asset marketing campaigns involving creative, web, operational, and cross-functional teams.

- Hands-on experience with growth analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker, or Amplitude, with the ability to analyze conversion funnels and campaign performance.

- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to streamline marketing workflows, create campaign variants, or improve project and task tracking.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders sim
