Growth Associate – Professional Acquisition & Partnerships (WFH)

About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

A. College & Campus Partnerships:

1. Identify engineering colleges with strong Computer Science, IT, and related programs.

2. Identify and contact Training & Placement Officers, Career Development teams, student placement coordinators, and other relevant decision-makers.

3. Build relationships with coding clubs and other student technology communities.

4. Present EndorsePro's proposition to college representatives and students.

5. Organize online orientation sessions, webinars, and pilot programs.

6. Convert interested student cohorts into registered and paid EndorsePro professionals.

B. Developer Community Partnerships:

1. Identify relevant developer communities, coding groups, bootcamps, training institutes, hackathon communities, and professional networks.

2. Contact community organizers and partnership decision-makers.

3. Develop partnerships that can introduce EndorsePro to relevant professionals.

4. Coordinate online sessions and community campaigns.

5. Build repeatable acquisition channels rather than relying only on individual outreach.

C. Professional Acquisition:

1. Identify relevant 0-3-year Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack professionals.

2. Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.

3. Explain EndorsePro clearly and accurately.

4. Follow up with interested professionals.

5. Help professionals understand the assessment and endorsement journey.

6. Convert qualified prospects into paid EndorsePro professionals.

D. Conversion & Follow-up:

1. Follow up with professionals who have registered but not purchased an assessment.

2. Follow up with participants from webinars, college sessions, and community programs.

3. Understand why interested professionals do not convert and communicate those insights to the Founder.

4. Test different acquisition approaches and continuously improve conversion.

- 11. We care much more about your ability to produce results than your degree, previous job title, or number of years of experience.
