Job Details

The Group Product Owner – PSAO Solutions is responsible for defining the long-term vision, product strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities for the PSAO solution base within Community Pharmacy Solutions. Reporting to the VP, Solution Development and Innovation, this role owns product direction and product lifecycle outcomes for Central Pay, Audit and Compliance, Reconciliation, and Pharmacy Quality and Performance solutions. The role ensures these solutions are customer-centered, operationally scalable, compliant, commercially viable, and continuously improved based on voice-of-customer, market dynamics, internal performance insights, and evolving payer/PBM requirements.

This role focuses on product ownership of PSAO solution capabilities and the development of adjacent offerings that support pharmacies in navigating payer/PBM environment complexity, including a direct contract support offering and other related PSAO and PBM contracting solutions. The role partners closely with dedicated provider network contracting, legal, compliance, operations, finance, technology, commercialization, and customer-facing stakeholders, but does not directly manage the contracting lifecycle.

The Group Product Owner also supports Elevate's transition into medical payer contracting by identifying solution requirements, workflow needs, pharmacy enablement capabilities, data/reporting requirements, operational dependencies, and product implications associated with medical payer participation. This work is performed in close partnership with the Sr Director, Elevate Provider Network and internal and external stakeholders responsible for medical payer relationships, network strategy, contracting, operations, compliance, and commercialization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap – PSAO Solutions

Define and own the product vision, strategic priorities, roadmap, value proposition, and business outcomes for the PSAO Solutions product group.

Maintain an outcome-focused roadmap for Central Pay, Audit and Compliance, Reconciliation, and Pharmacy Quality and Performance capabilities.

Prioritize product investments, enhancements, and backlog items based on customer value, business impact, operational feasibility, compliance considerations, financial performance, and alignment to CPS and Elevate priorities.

Translate payer/PBM, pharmacy, regulatory, operational, and customer insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions for the PSAO solution base.

Ensure PSAO solutions are designed and evolved to improve pharmacy experience, payment reliability, reconciliation transparency, audit/compliance readiness, quality program performance, and measurable business outcomes.

Central Pay Product Ownership and Platform Evolution

Oversee product strategy and roadmap priorities for Central Pay capabilities, including user experience, workflow efficiency, payment visibility, exception handling, risk controls, reporting, and platform enhancements.

Partner with finance, treasury, operations, technology, customer support, and vendor partners to ensure Central Pay processes are reliable, timely, scalable, and customer-centered.

Identify opportunities to improve payment workflows, user access governance, exception resolution, reporting transparency, and operational controls.
