ABOUT US

We're a North American based performance marketing agency running Meta ads for e-commerce brands in restricted and grey-hat categories: canna and CBD accessories, nicotine, spirits, research peptides and similar. We are small, direct, and we do not micromanage.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

You will own our Meta account infrastructure and launches during US Pacific business hours. Roughly half the job is keeping ad accounts alive. The other half is getting campaigns live before they die.

- Sourcing and warming profiles, BMs and ad accounts

- BM structure, pixels, domains, billing and verification

- Building and launching campaigns across multiple brands

- Appeals, and replacing disabled accounts fast

- A short written status update at the end of every shift

YOU MUST HAVE

- Proven Meta experience in grey-hat or restricted verticals. Mainstream e-commerce or lead gen alone is not enough.

- A real account supply process: where your profiles, BMs and ad accounts come from, and how you keep backups ready.

- Hands-on experience with appeals, verification and rebuilding after a ban wave.

- Pixel and Conversions API setup.

- Strong written English.

HOURS

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific time. That is 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Philippine time. This is a fixed night shift.

This role is exclusive during those hours: no other job or client during your shift.

PAY

9 to 14 USD per hour depending on proven experience. Starts with a paid trial.
