Graphic Designer (WFH)

About the job:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, visually strong social media content across multiple brands and industries.

Your primary responsibility will be designing social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, and other digital content that is visually engaging, consistent with the brand, and ready to publish.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that good social media design is not just about making something look attractive. It is about communicating an idea clearly, creating strong visual hierarchy, and making people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities
- Design social media posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create static posts, carousels, announcement creatives, quote posts, promotional graphics, and campaign content.
- Translate content briefs and copy into visually interesting creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency with each client's brand guidelines, typography, colors, and overall visual language.
- Develop multiple creative directions when required rather than relying on the same layouts repeatedly.
- Work with the content, marketing, and design teams to execute social media calendars.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for different platforms.
- Source and use appropriate imagery, illustrations, mockups, icons, and visual assets.
- Improve existing creatives based on internal and client feedback.
- Maintain organized design files and reusable templates.

- Ensure all creatives are thoroughly checked for alignment, spacing, typography, spelling, image quality, and brand consistency before delivery.
- Stay updated with current social media design trends without blindly copying trends that do not suit the brand.

What we are looking for

- Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and color.
- Ability to create clean, modern, premium-looking designs.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Experience creating carousel posts and content-led social media graphics.
- Ability to work across multiple brands with different visual styles.
- Good understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats.
- Ability to interpret a brief and develop a visual concept independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining design quality.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs.
