We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) to support the NIC Curriculum Modernization, E-Learning Development, & Instructor-Led Training Revision Support initiative.
This position is contingent on contract award.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
The Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) will produce high-quality visual materials, animations, and multimedia assets across digital platforms, e-learning courses, and instructional materials. You will work in close coordination with Instructional Designers and Project Managers to create modern visual assets that elevate learner engagement. You will apply industry-standard design tools and leverage emerging AI-assisted content creation technologies to build seamless, visually appealing training assets while maintaining branding consistency and technical accuracy.
What You Bring to the Table - Requirements

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent design portfolio/work experience).

Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design and visual multimedia development experience.

Software & Design Proficiency:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Envato Elements.

Experience leveraging AI technologies for graphic design, asset manipulation, or animation generation.

Core Capabilities:

Proven ability to design graphics, infographics, visual templates, and user interface elements for e-learning.

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding alignment, layout, and color theory.

Experience collaborating with instructional design teams to visualize learning concepts.
