Graphic Design Intern (Unpaid)- SaaS, Branding & Marketing - fully remote

About Occibo Occibo is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps authors, parents, and teachers create, design, publish, and promote children’s books. We are looking for a creative Graphic Design Intern to work closely with our marketing and product design teams. You will help build a consistent visual identity across social media, website, marketing campaigns, and product communication. Tasks Your Responsibilities - Create brand-consistent social media graphics, posts, carousels, banners, and campaign assets - Design website graphics, illustrations, icons, mockups, and landing page visuals - Develop reusable templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, presentations, and advertisements - Support the creation of product marketing assets, feature graphics, launch materials, and promotional content - Define and maintain consistent visual themes, layouts, typography, colours, and brand communication - Help improve and document Occibo’s visual brand guidelines - Create book mockups, digital product previews, promotional images, and marketing collateral - Prepare graphics for online events, surveys, reports, case studies, and sales presentations - Resize, adapt, and optimize designs for different digital platforms - Work with the marketing, product, UX/UI, and content teams to turn ideas into clear visual communication - Organize and maintain a reusable digital asset library Requirements Your Profile - Student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, Media Design, or a related field - Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding - Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva - Ability to create polished digital graphics for social media and websites - Strong attention to detail and visual consistency - Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment - Interest in SaaS, AI, children’s publishing, education, or creative technology is a plus - Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, UI design, or illustration is a plus Benefits What You Will Gain - Practical experience in SaaS graphic design, branding, and digital marketing - Ownership of real design projects used across Occibo’s website and marketing channels - Experience working with an early-stage AI and publishing technology startup - Portfolio-ready work across branding, social media, web design, and product marketing - Direct collaboration with the founder, marketing team, and product design team - Flexible remote work or hybrid collaboration in Berlin How to Apply Please apply with: - Your CV - A link or PDF of your design portfolio - A short motivation explaining why you would like to join Occibo - Your preferred start date and internship duration Originally posted on Himalayas
