This isn't a learn-by-watching role. You'll be accountable for campaign performance from early on, working alongside others who'll push you. Tracking precision, structured testing, and knowing why something works isn't optional. It's the baseline.

What You Will Actually Do
- Managing Google Ads Accounts end-to-end (strategy, execution, optimization, platform specific client comms)
- Creating strategies that go beyong high ROAS and actually return profit.
- Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax,...).
- Optimizing shopping feeds along with managing the shopping feed expert on the team
- Creative and copy testing, writing ad copy, supporting creative briefs, and contributing to structured testing frameworks.
- Performance analysis: digging into the numbers (not just in-platform), spotting patterns, and translating them into clear actions.
- Communicating development and performance with the clients on Slack and meetings.
- Learning relentlessly: noting down every detail on strategy calls, asking good questions, and pushing yourself to understand things two levels deeper than required.
