About Comograph:
We are building an engineering recruitment and skill verification platform focused on evidence-based hiring through task-based evaluations. We help tech teams eliminate resume noise and evaluate software engineers on real-world coding and architectural capabilities.
The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist / Growth Lead to own our early customer acquisition strategy, lead generation, outbound sales pipelines, and position Comograph in front of engineering leaders and talent acquisition teams.
What You'll Do:
Design and execute outbound B2B sales sequences targeting Engineering Managers, CTOs, and Technical Recruiters.
Build growth loops across developer communities, LinkedIn, and cold outbound channels.

Own early-stage sales discovery calls, demos, and customer onboarding feedback loops.
Craft compelling content, case studies, and messaging around evidence-based technical hiring.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in B2B SaaS growth, outbound sales, or GTM strategy (experience in Developer Tools, HR Tech, or Recruiting SaaS is a huge plus).
Strong understanding of tech hiring pain points and developer workflows.
Comfortable with modern growth/sales stacks (CRM, email automation, LinkedIn outreach).
Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, fast-paced setup.
