Global Presales Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Presales Program Manager based in Canada.

As a Global Presales Program Manager, you will drive programs that improve the effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency of a global presales organization. You will manage initiatives spanning enablement, technology, processes, knowledge sharing, and operational improvement. Working across presales, sales, marketing, product management, and other teams, you will help break down silos and strengthen collaboration. You will turn field insights, customer feedback, and performance data into practical programs and reusable resources. The role combines structured project management with analytical thinking, creativity, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. You will also help ensure presales teams have the knowledge, tools, and best practices needed to deliver strong customer experiences worldwide.

Accountabilities:

Drive the development and execution of presales programs and initiatives designed to improve technical sales effectiveness, efficiency, and revenue contribution.

Manage change requests for presales technologies, working with stakeholders to define requirements, implement changes, track progress, and ensure alignment with governance standards and procedures.

Provide project management support for new presales programs, demonstration tools, process improvements, playbooks, documentation, presentations, and communications.

Facilitate global knowledge sharing through recurring webinars, curated field content, reusable assets, and best-practice resources.

Create and maintain centralized repositories of relevant presales materials while coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure content remains accurate and current.

Develop and maintain “Tiger Team” programs that identify, connect, and continuously educate field subject matter experts across different technologies.

Manage programs that capture technical insights from win/loss reviews, customer stories, lessons learned, and field feedback.

Improve demonstration enablement programs by promoting consistent methodologies, vetted content, and relevant soft-skill development.

Maintain a global skills matrix covering core products, competitors, commonly used applications and systems, and coding capabilities, while improving skills-verification methods.

Create and maintain rotational programs across areas such as security, professional services, and solution architecture to strengthen technical knowledge among field sellers.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and presales best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.

Partner with leadership to develop data-driven insights, identify areas for optimization, and measure the impact of presales programs and initiatives.

Foster collaboration across presales, sales, marketing, product management, and other functions to support consistent execution and shared business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related discipline.

5+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful programs or strategies.

Strong operational discipline and the ability to maximize resources while maintaining close attention to detail.

Analytical and creative mindset, with the ability to use data, metrics, and structured analysis to guide decisions while developing innovative solutions.

Experience collecting, analyzing, and communicating data to establish priorities, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
