Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day operations, coordination, and workflow management across departments.

2. Assist in marketing, sales, client communication, and business development activities.

3. Work on content creation, design, and video editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

4. Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and HeyGen for automating content, reports, and presentations.

5. Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online branding.

6. Support the founder's office tasks, including research, presentations, and documentation.

7. Handle data compilation, Excel reports, and client databases with accuracy.

8. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.

9. Plan and execute small-scale projects, events, and campaigns as required.

10. Be adaptable, ready to learn new tools, and perform multi-functional roles in a fast-paced startup.
