Fullstack AI Engineer - (JR/PL)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer - (JR/PL) based in Brazil.

This role is focused on building practical AI solutions that address real-world business challenges in the health and benefits space. You will develop AI Agents, intelligent automations, MVPs, and proof-of-concepts while experimenting with emerging technologies. The position combines hands-on software development with applied AI, APIs, automation platforms, and modern development tools. You will have significant autonomy and take direct responsibility for the quality, testing, delivery, and sustainability of the solutions you build. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and potential interactions across Latin America will provide a broad working environment. This is an opportunity for a curious developer to deepen their AI expertise while contributing to solutions that can scale across a large user base.

Accountabilities:
- Build and evolve AI Agents and AI-powered automations to solve practical business and technical problems.

- Participate in the development of MVPs and POCs , balancing experimentation, learning, and delivery.

- Integrate systems through REST APIs and design automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms .

- Develop applications and supporting solutions using TypeScript and/or Flutter .

- Incorporate modern AI development tools, including solutions such as Claude, Codex, and similar technologies , into the development workflow.

- Explore and apply emerging AI tools, frameworks, trends, and engineering best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing solutions, identifying technical and functional opportunities.

- Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, quality assurance, and ongoing support.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in potential international interactions across Latin America.

Requirements

- Initial hands-on experience with AI-powered automations or AI Agents .

- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools .

- Practical interest in applied AI, LLMs, automations, and agent-based architectures .

- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.

- Experience with TypeScript and/or Flutter .

- Basic knowledge of data engineering concepts.

- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field .

- Strong ownership and accountability for technical delivery.

- Curious, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.

- Ability to identify opportunities for technical and functional improvements.

- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks is a plus.

- Experience with AWS, Python, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or agent-to-tool integration architectures is desirable.

- Knowledge of structuring and using data for AI and LLM applications is an advantage.

- Additional language skills are a plus, although fluency in another language is not required.
