Full-Time Digital Agency Project Manager & Client Support Coordinator

Perfect Business AI is hiring an organized, dependable person to help manage client projects, communicate with customers, and keep day-to-day agency operations moving.

We help businesses with websites, SEO, digital marketing, and AI tools. This role combines project coordination with hands-on client care. You need to communicate clearly by email and phone, follow through on requests, and keep details organized.

SCHEDULE AND PAY

- Full-time, Monday through Friday, based on Arizona workdays.

- Hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Arizona time (America/Phoenix).

- Philippine hours: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. the following morning. Your first weekly shift starts Monday night in the Philippines, and your final shift ends Saturday morning.

- Starting pay: US$4.20 per hour.

This is an overnight role in the Philippines. Please apply only if you can consistently work this schedule and handle client calls throughout the shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate client projects, tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across our team.

- Turn meeting notes and client requests into clear next steps with assigned owners.

- Communicate with clients by email , answer incoming calls, and follow up on open questions.

- Help schedule client and team meetings.

- Help schedule approved social media posts and track publishing dates.

- Assist with billing-related work in GoHighLevel, following our procedures and approval requirements.

- Keep client information, project records, files, and approvals organized in our custom business OS.

- Flag delays and blockers early, and separate additional client requests from the agreed project scope.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, professional communication on client calls.

- Experience in project coordination and customer support or client relations.

- Strong organization and dependable follow-through.

- Comfort using GoHighLevel and learning new software. Describe your GoHighLevel experience when applying.

- Familiarity with digital agency work, including websites, marketing, and social media scheduling.

- Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully and verify their output.

REQUIRED WORK SETUP

- A dependable computer that runs business tools and video meetings reliably.

- A stable internet connection suitable for clear calls and video meetings.

- A reliable headset with a clear microphone, without persistent distortion, dropouts, or distracting background noise.

- A quiet, professional place to take client calls.
