What We Do

Figma to WordPress Conversions:

We frequently translate complex, pixel-accurate Figma designs into fully responsive, lightning-fast WordPress themes and sites.

Custom Functions & Development:

We build bespoke functionality, write custom plugins/snippets, and tailor WooCommerce stores to meet unique client business needs.

Modern AI-Powered Workflow:

We utilize Claude on a dedicated server, allowing multiple AI agents to run simultaneously to supercharge your development speed without bogging down or compromising your personal computer.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress themes or child themes.

- Build, customize, and maintain WooCommerce stores (payment gateways, shipping methods, checkout customization, product attributes, etc.).

- Write clean, secure, and well-documented PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.

- Develop custom WordPress functions, hooks (actions and filters), and plugins.

- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize site speed, and ensure high cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.

- Collaborate with team members

- Leverage our dedicated Claude AI server setup to streamline day-to-day coding tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven professional experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio/live sites required).

- Recommendation from previous employee (not freelance client)

Core Skills:

- Deep expertise in WordPress (theme development, plugin integration, database structure, security best practices).

- Advanced WooCommerce experience (setup, customization, extension integration).

- Mastery of Figma to WordPress implementation (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, responsive design, user-friendly builders).

- Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.

- Experience writing custom functions, shortcodes, and hooks.

- Workflow Tools: Familiarity with Git version control, local development environments, and page builders (or custom Gutenberg blocks, depending on project needs).

- Mindset: Detail-oriented, problem-solver who takes pride in writing clean, scalable code.

- Availability: Full-time commitment, ready for long-term collaboration.

- Compliance: Agreement to strict full-time work-hour screen and time monitoring.
