Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer (ReactJS / Next.JS) with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and strong experience in ReactJS and NextJS . The ideal candidate should be passionate about building responsive, high-performance web applications and collaborating with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Development team and architectural discussion.

- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using ReactJS and NextJS

- Build reusable UI components using TypeScript and TailwindCSS

- Implement real-time features using WebSockets

- Collaborate with backend teams using Node.js / NestJS APIs

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices

- Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues efficiently

- Integrate APIs and manage state effectively

- Contribute to UI/UX improvements and performance tuning

Required Skills

Frontend Technologies

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS

- Experience with TailwindCSS or similar CSS frameworks

- Solid understanding of component-based architecture

Real-Time & Integration

- Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication

- Strong experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL)

Backend Awareness (Good Exposure)
- Working knowledge of:
- Node.js

- NestJS

- PHP-Larawel

- AWS

Database Awareness
- Basic to intermediate understanding of:
- PostgreSQL

- MongoDB

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Good communication and collaboration abilities

- Attention to detail and UI/UX sensitivity

Good to Have

- Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) using NextJS

- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.)

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with performance optimization techniques
