What You'll Do Build and manage your own customer base Secure freight & negotiate rates Cover loads with qualified carriers Manage margins and ensure smooth execution Maintain strong, professional relationships What We're Looking For Proven experience in freight brokerage / logistics sales Existing book of business (preferred) Strong shipper relationships Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
