Control Shift Video is looking for a freelance designer to collaborate with our creative team on project-based work across video, motion graphics, web visuals, and brand content. Our projects span technology, healthcare, energy, consumer brands, nonprofits, and passion projects.

What You’ll Do

- Design visual systems, frames, and assets for video and motion projects
- Support branding, layout, and visual storytelling needs
- Translate concepts into clean, purposeful designs
- Prepare files for animation and production workflows

What We’re Looking For

- Strong design fundamentals and visual judgment
- Experience designing for motion or video
- Clear communication and reliable delivery
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
