Professional experience is compulsory, but it can be from any industry, background or department. No specific industry experience is required. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Role Description
This is a remote freelance opportunity focused on supporting students and early-career professionals in making informed academic and career decisions.
- Conduct online counselling sessions and understand individual goals, interests and strengths.
- Guide candidates towards suitable courses, institutions and career paths.
- Provide guidance on skill development, employability and career opportunities.
- Handle student enquiries and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate counselling and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in virtual seminars, webinars or workshops when required.

Who Can Apply? - Candidates with a background in Psychology, Education, Counselling or related fields
- Experienced professionals with strong communication and people-handling skills from any industry or department
- Professionals returning to work after a career break

Requirements - Prior professional experience is compulsory.
- Experience can be from any industry, background or department .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Strong interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Psychology or Education background is an advantage, not mandatory .
- Career counselling certification is an advantage, not mandatory .
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup.
