Fractional Executive Assistant

We are looking for highly-motivated, detail-oriented, U.S.-based Fractional Executive Assistants (FEA) who want to serve others and experience the freedom of working remotely. EAs will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and project assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain executive's appointments/calendar
- Email management and organization
- Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making reservations
- Social media assistance 
- General administration, updates, and data entry 
- Project assistance

- Previous work experience with Virtual Assisting and/or Administration
- Knowledge of various software such as GSuite, CRMs, Slack, MS Office, etc
- Time management and organizational skills

Job Type: 1099 Contractor 
Hours: 10-40 (depending on availability) 
Payment: $25/hr
