We are looking for an exceptional senior or staff-level engineer who has already helped build and protect a production stablecoin neobank. You will become the technical owner of fraud prevention and payment risk for Ihsan Pay. You will work closely with our payments engineers, product team, compliance partners and external providers to design the platform so fraudulent activity is detected and restricted as early as possible. You will build systems that evaluate users, devices, identities, bank accounts, cards, wallets and transactions in real time. This is a hands-on engineering role—not primarily a compliance, policy, audit or manual-review position. What you will build • Ihsan Pay s real-time fraud and payment-risk engine • Risk profiles for users, devices, identities, wallets, bank accounts and transactions • Risk decisions for Ihsan-controlled services, including cards, fiat rails, on/off-ramps, merchant services and sponsored transactions • Warnings, additional confirmation and step-up verification for suspicious
