Founding Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding product design role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building AI-powered automation for field service and home service businesses. You will be the first designer shaping the end-to-end product experience, working directly with the founding team to turn complex operational workflows into beautiful, intuitive interfaces that real businesses rely on every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own product design end-to-end, from early concept and rapid prototyping through to polished, shipped UI.

- Prototype quickly using Figma, AI-assisted tools such as Lovable and Cursor, and light front-end code when needed.

- Conduct customer interviews and translate customer needs into clear, elegant design solutions.

- Simplify dense, feature-rich B2B interfaces into experiences that feel effortless for non-technical users.

- Contribute across all design needs as the business grows, including marketing assets, onboarding flows, and mobile.

- Work closely with engineers on a React and TypeScript frontend, bridging design and implementation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3 or more years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft and UX thinking.

- Hands-on experience designing for an early-stage startup, ideally on a 0-to-1 product.

- Proven ability to design complex, multi-feature B2B products and make them intuitive.

- Experience conducting customer interviews and translating findings into design decisions.

- Proficiency with Figma and comfort prototyping in code or AI tools such as Lovable and Cursor.

- Familiarity with React and TypeScript is a strong plus.

- Low ego, high ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity without product managers or detailed specs.

- Track record of shipping projects, with longer tenures of roughly 18 months or more preferred.

- Openness to both full-time employment and exceptional contracting arrangements is welcome.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $100,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

Fully remote. Candidates based in Europe (any time zone) are preferred; US East Coast is also welcome. The primary listed location is Denmark.
