Field Manager Assistant — Appliance Repair

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Field Manager Assistant to join our Appliance Repair Project and work directly with technicians across the U.S. and Australia.

The main focus of this position is technician onboarding, communication, and ongoing support. You will be one of the main points of contact for our technicians from the moment they join the company and throughout their cooperation with us.

Responsibilities

* Onboard new Appliance Repair Technicians into our system.

* Conduct onboarding calls with new technicians.

* Explain all working conditions, payment terms, company rules, and processes.

* Explain how our dispatch and job assignment process works.

* Make sure technicians understand how to use our system and follow company procedures.

* Collect and verify all necessary information and documents from new technicians.

* Stay in regular contact with technicians after onboarding.

* Be available to answer their questions and help resolve day-to-day issues.

* Follow up with technicians when information, documents, or updates are missing.

* Maintain good long-term communication and relationships with technicians.

* Support the Field Manager with technician-related operational tasks.

* Keep technician information and statuses updated in the CRM.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday

8 working hours + 1-hour break

Approximately 4 hours supporting the North American market + 4 hours supporting the Australian market.

Fixed salary: $600 USD/month

Fully remote | Independent Contractor

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people — not just completing administrative tasks. You should be comfortable building relationships with technicians, staying in touch with them, answering questions, and making sure they clearly understand how we work.
