Role Scope :Coordinates the onsite facility maintenance operations of the Habitat Health program centers. Coordinates PACE center building-related activities. This includes ensuring that appropriate preventative maintenance for existing and ongoing sites aremaintained. Duties include assuring that operational standards are met while ensuring facilities are safe and well-functioning.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role
- Inspects building structures to determine repair and renovation needs.

- Maintains a preventative maintenance schedule.

- Coordinate facility related vendors.

- Manages the upkeep of equipment and facility related supplies to meet health and safety requirements

- Participate in continuing education classes and any required staff and training meetings.

- Maintains professional affiliations and any required certifications.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting.

- Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems.

- Proficiency with repair tools and techniques.
